Roomies Pad

roomies pad (2018)
3D Modeling, Background Scene
For Series: SheIzBlue

These are images from a studio apartment interior that I modeled for this comic that I'm working on.
Pretty much, the main character (or one of the main characters) H.T., is in the studio apartment with two of his roomies, and one of his roomie's girlfriend.

Fact; This studio apartment was partially based on an interior of The Hub dorm that I stayed in while I was in college at AiA....despite it being pretty infamous for....well.......

Anyway, I layered the Maya Software images underneath Maya Vector and tweaked the combination mode a bit.

This is a page of the comic that I am currently working on. This page just shows the beginning of the short story; where H.T. received a message from his online friend, that she agrees to meet him in the morning

For more info on the project; my e-mail is jordantheartist@aol.com.

224 Headwaters Court

224 Headwaters Court (2017)
Macon, Georgia, U.S.
Residential

A house in a suburban neighborhood on the west side of town. If this were to exist as of this date, it would be the third house on this street. Also, The house would consist of burgundy(?) lap siding & boards and battens, alongside the bricks on the front exterior masonry wall.

Number of Bedrooms: 3
Number of Bathrooms: 2
Levels: 1
Fireplace: Yes
Garage: Yes

Price: $5.50 (.skp file included)

Don't worry, the floorplans don't cost anything!

Like I typed in the paragraph above, there's barely any homes on the street, I modeled this house onto.

Something unique that I thought of doing is instead of using brick as a masonry wall, I decided to use firewall stone to compare this house similar to the materials off Parc at Perimeter Apartments(Sandy Springs).

Eve Harvest Lamp

Eve Harvest Lamp (2017)
Miscellaneous, Object, 3D Model

The Eve Harvest Lamp is a typical lamp but looks as though you see on the images. It has the gold vase that someone had attempted to break, and a gold tan shade that sets over it.

Again, This is just any lamp you'd expect to see at your grandparent's house.

Below are the textures used for the vase, the stem, and the shade.
