Ashanti

Ashanti (2015)
Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.
Residential

Ashanti (you can call it Ashanti Atlanta or A2) is a 16-story studio apartment complex that ONLY holds studio apartments. Even though there are 3 to 4 different styles, All of them are Studio Apartments in the entire building. This building does have that dark appearance like Morose, but I also added a lavender color to give it that beauty. The building lines up with 16 floors; The first two floors are Administration, Service, Fitness Center, Game Room, Club Lounge, Coffee Lobby, and possibly more, The third to the ninth floor are studio apartments with balconies, The tenth to the sixteenth are studio apartments without balconies, and then the building is shaped up with an attic with the complex symbol marked onto it. The middle rooms on floors three through sixteen are other studio apartments, but one of the four are used for miscellaneous purposes. The ends are elevators and stairs, which are also one of the purposes in one of the spaces in the middle, on each floor. For those of you that are familiar with Auburn Glenn Apartments, if this were to exist now, you'd have no problem noticing it every time you head home.
The reason I designed this was because there are apartments that lack studio apartments in the community, and for those that are alone and just need a place to stay, this was what I designed. The end chapels that I set off at the edges of the building are to give it a look, like the eagles of the Pishkin Building. The building also has a parking deck and a rear parking lot.

I used Thea Render to model three of the images of Ashanti. The apartment does look pretty nice in their renders. My best would be the third one(bottom), because I was more visual with it. I gave it the image as though its about to rain.

Please, Don't get upset that I only took the Right side of the picture and not the left. Before the possible future connection from the building to the parking deck, Both sides are symmetrical, so just take the Right side and flop it, and there you go. This building is approximate symmetry. You can tell from the front and the back. (Also notice the Ashanti Atlanta logo)

This is just a layout plan of the apartment property. The entry ramp is currently a street. The entire lot, in general, is currently a neighborhood behind Auburn Glenn Apartments.

Overall, This is just a place to hold people, The motto;  "Just one space"
